Yes, we offer wheelchair accessible vehicles for our customers with special needs. Please let us know at the time of booking if you require this service. Minimum 48 hours advance booking required

Fare is fully refundable (minus $10 admin charge) if you cancel 24 hours prior to your booking time. There will be no refund if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking time. 

Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your bank to apply any refunds to your account.

It is recommenced to book as early as possible i.e. at least 72 hours in advance. We also take last minute reservation if there is availability. 

Once at the arrivals and that you have picked up your bags, notify your driver at the same. We request to notify the driver only when you are ready go as parking at the curb is always a problem. Ask the driver for the pickup point. You must be at the pickup point before the car arrives. Incase you are not there, the driver will have to make another round which is time consuming and will result in more waiting time for you.

Please contact us immediately if you know of a delay. Although we track your flight, but it is recommended that you notify us too. We do our best to accommodate you at a later time but in a rear possibility you may have to wait a little longer at the arrivals.
